Leadership

Chris Heedong Na, Founder & CEO Chris is a seasoned software architect with over 30 years of experience in designing, structuring, and evolving complex enterprise systems. With a philosophy rooted in integrity, he bridges traditional software architecture with the demands of an AI-driven world, focusing on building adaptable, sustainable systems that endure and grow. As software ecosystems increase in complexity with the rise of data and AI, Chris helps organizations make strategic architectural decisions—grounded in solid design principles and driven by long-term thinking.

I'm a seasoned software architect and consultant with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the software industry. I've worked on everything from building my own software in C++ to leading big projects and next-generation systems for big companies and banks. My main job has been connecting what the business needs with what technology can do, creating systems that are both technically sound and valuable for the business. I've worked with many technologies, like Java, MSA, Cloud, and lately, AI. I'm really interested in AI research, especially AI models and Agentic AI. I'm even making training courses about this and working with AI research teams at Konkuk University.

I'm good at making systems that fit what the market wants. I've led the design and building of important systems, especially in banking, finance, securities, and insurance (BFSI). I led the change to open Java-based systems for next-generation systems in Korea. I also have experience building systems that can be sold overseas, like for maritime logistics. I don't just design at the start; I work on the whole software process, from planning to running the systems. I even handle technical debt by talking to customers and making sure the product is right for the global market. I know how to explain complicated technical things simply to business leaders, so everyone understands how technology helps business. Studying Software Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University taught me how to connect business needs and technology to make the best systems for companies.
